The United Kingdom Taekwon-do Association has been teaching Taekwon-do in the UK since 1967.
UKTA was founded and is still led by Grand Master Rhee Ki Ha, 9th Dan, OCM.

Grand Master Rhee is recognized as one of the pioneering master of our art throughout the World. He is also vice-president of the International Taekwon-do Federation (ITF), led by General Choi Hong Hi, the founder of Taekwon-do. The UKTA maintains it's national headquarters in Crawley, West Sussex, UK
